By submitting this application, you agree to all conditions set forth on this agreement.

Non-profit Agreement/Conditions

  1. This application/agreement applies to any and all events you participate in with The Canton Marketplace, Inc. All rules and conditions below apply.
  2. A booth space will be donated to you at our event. Depending on the venue, the booth space will include a table and 2 chairs. You will be responsible for your own table covering and marketing materials.
  3. The booth space is typically near the front of our venue, near our check-in table.
  4. If you plan to sell items at your booth, you are required to email us at least 2 weeks in advance with the list of items to be sold, to ensure they are acceptable for that event.
  5. We will include your information and images in all our marketing campaigns as the nonprofit charity for the event. Please make sure that we receive any specific images or content at least 30-60 days before the event you are scheduled at.
  6. The show times are 10 am to 3 pm. Setup can begin at 8:30 am. Check-in is required with the on-site organizer upon your arrival and you are expected to stay for the entire show. If you must leave early, you must inform the on-site organizer upon arrival.
  7. If the event has a raffle, part of the proceeds of that raffle will be donated to your charity. The dollar amount can vary.
  8. WiFi is typically available at our venues. Passwords are given the day of the event in your welcome packet.
  9. Our organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or broken items during the event. If you sell breakable items, we recommended placing a sign on your table regarding such.
  10. Our organizers do not have change; therefore, you are responsible for your own cash and change.
  11. Our organizers take great pride in setting up these events for you. Please be respectful of them, the venue, and other vendors. Please make sure that your booth space is as you found it with all trash removed.
  12. Smoking is not allowed at any of our events, and most of our venues do not allow smoking around the buildings. If you must smoke, please do so in designated areas or near your vehicle.
